Bill Carman
Bill Carman is an American artist and illustrator known for his surreal and whimsical works that often blend fantasy, humor, and the macabre. Born in Idaho, Carman studied Fine Art and Illustration, earning his BFA from Boise State University and his MFA from Utah State University.
