Escheresque architectural illustrations
To highlight the style's strenghts and features, we run each SREF code through a set of 16 standardized prompts—Midlibrary Benchmark. Each prompt demonstrates how the SREF ”behaves“ in various domains of visual art/applications.

Orthographic view's Midjourney style is characterized by its use of geometric and abstract forms, rendered in a detailed and monochromatic palette. The compositions are intricate, featuring interlocking shapes and complex forms that create a sense of spatial depth and dimensionality. Fine lines and shading techniques, such as cross-hatching, are employed to enhance the illusionary spaces and architectural elements. The style evokes a surreal and intellectual atmosphere, reminiscent of technical drawings and architectural illustrations, with influences from modernism and constructivism. The visual language is similar to the works of artists like M.C. Escher and Piranesi, focusing on impossible structures and perspective play.
