Chinese traditional painter
One of the greatest artists in Chinese history, the legendary Qi Baishi was a master of traditional Chinese painting and is hailed as the "Picasso of China."
Born in 1864 in the province of Guangdong, Qi Baishi lived a life dedicated to his art, creating over 8,000 works that continue to inspire and captivate us to this day. His paintings were firmly rooted in traditional Chinese painting techniques and styles. Still, he also infused them with his own unique vision and creativity.
