The X-Files is a popular American science fiction television series created by Chris Carter. It originally aired from 1993 to 2002, with additional seasons released later. The show follows FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully as they investigate unsolved cases involving paranormal phenomena, government conspiracies, and extraterrestrial life.
