Observations:

Did you know that horror manga frequently employs serene, everyday scenarios, the so-called "Iyashikei" feature (which translates as healing) as a backdrop to intensify the jolt of its terrifying elements? This intriguing contrast, expertly employed by artists such as Kazuo Umezu, cultivates a distinctive suspense that has become a hallmark of the genre. Umezu's manipulation of this dichotomy not only elevates the shock factor but also enriches the psychological depth of his narratives, contributing to the unique allure of horror manga. With this style, we have the scariest decaying peonies and Mainecoon cat so far! It is an 8.5/9 Midlibrary score. Francis D. is too realistic (-0.5)

Style ranking

Depending on how a style manifested itself with each prompt, we add 1, 0.5, or 0 points to its total score.

cyberpunk character by Hieronymus Bosch

The prompt produced a generic results with no unique style features: this test adds nothing (0) to the overall score.

cyberpunk character by Ron English

This generation inherits more elements from the referenced style, but they are scarce and dilluted. Which adds 0.5 to the style's score.

cyberpunk character by Guy Bourdin

In this case, the Midjourney style showed a distinct and unique result, well aligned with the style's real-world prototype. A firm 1.
