Bouchra Jarrar is a French fashion designer known for her precise tailoring and minimalist aesthetic. She launched her eponymous label in 2010, after gaining extensive experience at prestigious fashion houses such as Balenciaga and Christian Lacroix. Jarrar's designs are characterized by their clean lines, luxurious fabrics, and attention to detail, often incorporating elements of menswear into womenswear. In 2016, she was appointed as the artistic director of women's collections at Lanvin, succeeding Alber Elbaz. Her tenure at Lanvin was marked by a focus on refined elegance and craftsmanship, although she departed from the role in 2017.
